It was reportedly said to Minembwe Capital News that in Uvira Bureau deux has called a Munyamulenge man and a pastor who has been detained and arrested after being horribly beaten up for his son who was deported by PDDRS ( which has the duty of bringing armed people into their normal lives), from a self defence of (TWIRWANEHO).
The Minembwe Capital News Uvira correspondent said that pastor Justin Mujanama, has refused to present himself to the Bureau deux on for the fact that the ones who brought him out of jail, should present themselves and explain about his release.
Pastor Justin Mujanama was horribly beaten and jailed for the last two weeks by the Congolese national army (FARDC), the reason being his relative who had come to visit him from the highlands of Mulenge and the son was deported from self-defense of Twirwaneho through PDDRS process.
FARDC forces in Uvira by then arrested Justin Mujanama and his wife Nyantabara in addition to that FARDC forces Colonel known as Muruta tried to interven to speak on their behalf his fellow soldiers turned against him and they severely bet him too. Colonel Muruta was rushed to Uvira hospital , reason being advocating for a “ Rwandese ” as they called Mujanama Justin.
By then an association from the Banyamulenge community ( Shikama Uvira), rose to advocate for pastor Justin Mujanama and his wife Nyantabara, for they had been arrested not in accordance with laws. The security agencies had made a step forward to release them, as by now they are out of jail as reported.
Banyamulenge ( Tutsi), of South and North KIVU, have been asking for a long time the Kinshasa government and international communities for help on the homicide acts like they face for being Tutsi, as the national army it self tortures them for instance pastor Justin Mujanama.
At least 200 Banyamulenge are arrested in different parts of the Democratic Republic of Congo for the reason of being Tutsi as they say themselves. Some are in Kinshasa capital city, Bukavu , Kalemi and so on. Most of them don’t receive the justice to either plead guilty, for they claim to be innocent.
Tutsi people victimization in the Democratic Republic of Congo has taken a long time since the 60s to now.
This victimization is partially said to be lined with the bad governance, others say that it about the Congolese history
