The Democratic Republic of Congo has established new measures to fight Kigali regime.
Kamanyola of Walungu territory in South Kivu province of DRcongo, recently a meeting was well organized for different security leaders countrywide. This meeting had started last Friday and came to an end last night of 3rd/June.
It was reportedly said to Minembwe Capital News that a senior army officer from Kinshasa capital city was also present Gen Mukendji Basengo Djuman the representative of the chief army commander of FARDC.
In the same meeting different army and civil officials were present alongside regional commander ,the leader of the intelligence directorate of this province , Uvira operational and sectorial commander and the province governor. All these dignitaries were present for the two days meeting in kamanyola Walungu territory.
Among what was on the agenda deployment of enough soldiers in Nyangezi and Kamanyola frontier that borders DRC and Rwanda. Looking for a united idea of how security agencies may preserve the sovereignty of their country was also on agenda. It was after the denouncement of provocative and intended entry of neighborhood forces also regarded as enemy to their land.
This figures out what his excellence and president of Democratic Republic of Congo Félix Tchisekedi said when addressing the youth in Kinshasa in December/2022. He said “ we have no misunderstandings with Rwandese instead the Kigali regime is the problem in DRC. Rwandese wants us to help them to get out of a dictatorship regime”.
It was reportedly said to MCN, is that in the kamanyola security meeting some of the Rwandan insurgent militia group FDLR that is against the Kigali regime were present.
After the kamanyola meeting imbonerakure forces from Burundi were identified alongside Rwanda genocide perpetrators of FDRL in the year 1994.
It was additionally said that the Chinyabuguma community from Bashi community as well has requested the provincial government leaders to protect them from contemplating any kind of war saying that we are ready to work together with anyone who comes to our land. “ we the Bukavu resident community ( Bashi), whom you call your enemy if he steps to our land we shall surrender, we don’t want war, and we shall welcome whoever who brings peace”.
