Rwanda Has Given It Self Freedom to Attack And Invade Under M23 guise” Félix Tchisekedi Speaks on the XI Addis Ababa Monitoring Mechanism Summit in Bujumbura. Kigali Strongly Rejects The Accusations.
Felix Tshisekedi once again criticised Rwanda for breaking this pledge during his remarks at the XI meeting of the Monitoring Mechanism of the Addis Ababa Framework pledge on May 6 in Bujumbura (Burundi). Rwanda “has given itself the freedom to attack and invade” a portion of the DRC under the guise of the M23 terrorist outfit, which the Congolese president said was vanquished but has since been revived.

Ten years after this framework agreement’s entry into force, Félix Tshisekedi expressed his deep bitterness and great desolation at learning of “the rupture of this collective pact a signatory State, I quote, the Republic of Rwanda, which, under the guise of the terrorist movement of M23 – however defeated and which it resurrected – gave itself the freedom to attack.” Thus, he condemned a “total violation of commitment number three of the framework agreement,” to which Kigali is a party, as well as the African Union and United Nations charters, both of which he is a member. He added that this was “all against the background of the exploitation of our natural resources.” During these gatherings, Evariste Ndayishimiye, the president of Burundi, took over for Félix Tshisekedi, who had served as the rotating chair of the Monitoring Mechanism of the Addis Ababa Framework Agreement.
The congolese keeps accusing kigali for invading them on different summiting tables, something that kigali strongly rejects and renames the accusations as lack of responsibilities for an independent nation like DRCong it’self. indeed according to different real reports by different bodies find no prove of Rwanda for backing M23 mouvement but they are people abandoned and aggressed by their own government on the motif of being Rwandaphones and faced like.
