M23, Strongly condemns Kinshasa for the heavy attacks against them in North KIVU.
M23, movement has strongly condemned the Kinshasa horrible acts of launching attacks this week against them in parts of Kibirizi, Kirorirwe Ruvunda and it’s saroundings.
These attacks were used by war helicopters, war aircrafts and other heavy artilleries.
According to the official announcement M23 has released, it has condemned these attacks that kills innocent civilians and their goods, these attacks has led to displecement of Thousands of people.
M23 urges that is a peaceful rebellious force that is against a violative and tribalistic gouvernement that is killing and torturing one ethnic group of it’s citizens.
Kinshasa government has been against TUTSI people since before, but in recent years this bad governance has escalated.
You can ask your self that why is there a prolonging instability in Eastern DRcongo specifically, not other places of the country. The answer is that, the Kinshasa government has been against the Tutsi people who stays in the Eastern parts of the country and conjoints them with the rest of the Congolese, and officials asks them to turn against their Tutsi neighbors, to kill and finish them. This ongoing ideology is being sowed in their children to the extent that 10 year old is already discriminative to Tutsi people.
This violates the constitutional article 51 for sensitizing hatred speeches, arbitrary arrest, massacre of people, apartheid installation among communities, a genocide to the Tutsi community and sponsoring ethical confrontations among it’s citizens M23 says.
What ever that is going on in the country, M23 is still waiting for the DRcongo government to implement the Nairobi and Luanda EAC head of states recommendations.
In addition to recent attacks M23 urges that does not want to see Innocent civilians suffering. “ we have not attacked government forces but their coalition with FDRL MAÏMAÏ and ( Wagner ) merceneries attacked us in the areas under our control, what we did was to defend ourselves. In addition government of Kinshasa attacks has violented Bunjumbura 20th extra-ordinary summit of EAC head of states.” M23 spokesperson said.
