Masisi Territory Residents Demands M23 To Regain Control Of The Area Due To Insecurity Caused By Kinshasa Government Collaborative Rebellious Militia Groups.
M23 beseeched by the Masisi territory residents to come back to occupy the places they have withdrawn from.

The M23 mouvement has recently withdrawn from the places it had occupied in Masisi territory, it was reportedly said that people are being murdered by FDLR, Maimai Nyatura in patternship with DRC National army (FARDC).
As reported these killings are specifically done for Congolese Tutsi and Rwandophone community.
These rebel militia group of Maimai and FDLR have occupied the territories that M23 has withdrawn from a chance for them to violent the Tutsi community.
As reported to Minembwe Capital News, a girl known as Josephine Muhoza,has been killed yesterday, as she was on her way to Goma from Kitchanga as she arrived in Birega she was finished because of who she is ( Tutsi). Apart from killings committed by these rebellious militia group of Maimai nyatura and FDLR, they are also seizing their properties like livestock.
Umuhoza was killed the same day the DRcongo’s military chief commander,Lt General Christian Tchiwewe Songesa had visited DRcongo’s military forces (FARDC) in Masisi, where they have spent a long term battle with M23 mouvement.
The Congolese national army has announced that Tchiwewe ‘s visit to be “a big information to their opponents ”.
Masisi territory residents claim to be under insecurity because of unceasing killings by Kinshasa government collaborative rebellious militia groups .
Beseeching Burundian forces under EACRF peace keeping mission to bring back peace and security in Sake, Mushaki, Kaluba, Kilorirwe and Kitchanga to enlarge their offensive territories for they are not secured.
He said “ there is an old woman they have pierced with sharp knives till her last breath, there is another killed from over there, there is a child pierced with gun singer in the forehead and he lost his sight.”
Citizens said that they are undergoing all these tragic moments since M23 withdrawal in their areas adding that they beseech as their request to let M23 come back and give them security in their areas for they are trustworthy.
They said that they trusted EACRF but demanding them if they have truly come to give them security, they should camp in different parts of the area especially in Kironko as considered to be a blessing to them.
This one said that “ it’s like our gardens have become theirs, nobody harvests where he sow, cows are seized up from their shelter “.
Mahanga and Nyabyondo residents also asks to be given enough security due to the aftermath of cow seizure by Maimai nyatura and FDLR militia groups in a broad day with no intervention.
They were also portraying how they bow down and pray to God for protection whenever attacked by these blood shaders and rebellious militia groups.
They all agreed on the conviction that M23 should be back and take control of their areas for they were secured before they could withdrawal.
Reminding that Burundian forces under EACRF peace keeping mission, have brought back 20 cows and 15 sheeps during Easter by rebels in Nyamutaba in Masisi territory.
The Burundian security ministry by then announced that the returned livestocks were responsibly given to their owners.
Crime acts of murder and property seizure has enormously increased in the areas where M23 has withdrawn from in Rutchuru territory.
In Busumba, Mpati and Kivuye areas, these rebellious militia groups that cooperate with FARDC have conflicted themselves after a short time of the same conflict in Bishange. All these sabotages the security for innocent civilians.
All these criminal acts are being strongly condemned by the M23 demanding EACRF to protect civilians that have been handed over by them if not they should fight back to regain control of these areas.
Patrick Muyaya the Kinshasa government spokesperson has recently announced that “ Congolese government will never negotiate with M23 ” what M23 mouvement president Bertrand Bisimwa said that “Kinshasa is playing with provocations of undervaluing the peace process mission led by East African Community Heads of states.
